Here we're trying
to assemble a comprehensive directory of local services: Trades-people,
retailers, small businesses, pubs, take-aways, restaurants and local groups,
sports teams and organisations. If you'd like to be added, updated or
amended at no charge, email
us
We are also involved in starting a project aimed at promoting local businesses, improving the local shopping network and setting up a shop local campaign.
Meanwhile, a booklet,
produced by Grangetown Community Concern in conjunction with the Butetown/Grangetown
Healthy Living Project was published in May 2006 and has been distributed
to 12,000 homes. It's hoped this can be updated to and added to - with this
online database accompanying it.
